How does Mexpack work?

We have designed our processes and systems based on what we have learned since we opened our doors in March 1994. We want you as the owner of the shipment to be happy and you as the human resources manager to have a happy employee. We work together with you to provide moving and relocation services that we are proud of, for both corporate clients and individual families

Do you have packing and delivery crews?

Yes, we do. Our crews with Mexpack-green uniforms will take care of you personally for services that happen in Mexico. We are not an asset-less company (which means we have trucks) and we take time to train and retrain our personnel monthly to ensure customer service and removals quality

Can I contract Mexpack even if my move does not enter or leave Mexico?

Of course! In this case, you won't see a Mexpack uniform but one of our customer service professionals will guide you through the moving journey and our trusted partners will pack and deliver your shipment in origin and destination

What costs are included in a Mexpack quotation?

We believe in reducing as much stress as possible. This means that all of our international moving quotations include a door-to-door service. For relocation services, our quotation includes the price for your specific needs

Why do I need an insurance policy?

In Mexpack we do everything possible to prevent damages during transit but if a damage occurs due to an incident on the highway or an ocean storm during transit, an insurance policy gives you the ease of mind that your item will return to its previous conditions

How can I track my shipment?

Our system sends you regular updates regarding the general location of your shipment and we can provide the location (port, airport or warehouse) upon your request

How long will it take my shipment to...

Transit times depend on the origin and destination country. And packing times will depend on the size of your shipment. Each of our moving quotations includes a transit time to aid you in planning your trip to your new residence, whether the borders change or if you are just moving from one side of the street to the other

How do you manage documentation?

Documentation will vary depending on origin and destination countries and depending on your nationality. We at Mexpack promise to aid you in the documentation process by filling out the forms based on the information you provide and by answering your questions before you sign any customs documentation

What items are restricted from being included in my shipment?

During the quotation phase, we will provide you lists of prohibited items, based on the origin and destination countries for your shipment. For example, some countries allow food and similar items to be included in a shipment and other countries do not. Based on your specific needs, we can help you determine what items to avoid including in your move

Who will update me and answer my questions during the moving process?

A Mexpack customer service representative will take care of you and keep you informed in English or in Spanish

Can I pay with a credit card? What about payments in US dollars?

We accept credit card payments through PayPal and we can invoice in Mexican pesos or in US dollars
